Construction, management and development of science and technology parks and other pro-innovative infrastructure (incubators, technology transfer centers and other initiatives), investments in the construction of public infrastructure (state or municipal), management and maintenance of the built infrastructure, as well as of the research, production, administrative and other service buildings within the science and technology parks in order to create a favorable business environment for the development of economic activities related to the development and/or introduction of innovations, providing expert and logistical support to potential investors in connection with the preparation of programs and strategies for investing in the development or introduction of innovative technologies and products, assistance to applicants in participating in any type of public or private programs for targeted financing of projects for the construction of scientific research, production and office buildings, as well as for research funding engineering and development activities for the needs of developing or introducing innovations, representation and mediation in the selection and implementation of innovation projects with the aim of improving the innovative potential of Bulgarian enterprises and branches of foreign enterprises in Bulgaria, as well as any other production and commercial activity, for which has no express legal prohibition.
