During the period March – May 2023 the two project partners - CENTER FOR PROMOTING ENTREPRENEURSHIP ASSOCIATION and INTERNATIONAL HELLENIC UNIVERSITY conducted 8 Trainings in the project`s target cross-border regions. The events consisted of two parts and were attended by the envisaged number of 20 participants. The theoretical part involved presentation of key business leadership skills and of what a Business Model Canvas is and how is it used. The practical part consisted of a Business game - building a business model using the Business Model Canvas tool.
