Today, the 7th of May 2024, opens a call dedicated for projects under Priority 3: An Educated Region, Specific Objective 4.2 - Improving Equal Access to Inclusive and Quality Services in Education, Training, and Lifelong Learning through Developing Accessible Infrastructure!’ under Interreg VI-A Romania-Bulgaria Programe.

15,000,000 euros are allocated for projects focusing on education under Priority 3, Specific Objective 4.2!




Announcement of the 1st Call for Project Proposals

The Managing Authority of the Interreg VI-A Greece-Bulgaria 2021-2027 Programme is launching the 1st Open Call for Common Project Proposals, with a budget of 32.050.467,10 EUR.

The total budget will range from 1.000.000€ to 2.500.000€  per project.
The EU contribution is 80% of the project’s total eligible costs and the project’s national co-financing is 20% of the total eligible costs.

B2B on-site meeting under WP 5 of project "Entrepreneurship innovation encouragement"

In June 2023 the Lead beneficiary - CENTER FOR PROMOTING ENTREPRENEURSHIP ASSOCIATION conducted a B2B meeting under Work Package 5 from the project. The event was organized in the city of Blagoevgrad and was attended by the envisaged number of 20 participants who had the opportunity to learn about the stories of companies and how they managed to implement their innovative ideas in practice.

Final conference under WP 2 of project "Entrepreneurship Innovation Encouragement"

On the 7th of June 2023, 10:30 a.m., at Gotse Delchev a final conference was held under the project "Entrepreneurship innovation encouragement". In the presence of media and business representatives from the region, the team of the Lead Beneficiary - CENTER FOR PROMOTING ENTREPRENEURSHIP ASSOCIATION presented the goals achieved under the project and the results of the joint initiatives carried out together with the partner organizations, aimed at stimulating the business creation and strengthening the factors affecting entrepreneurial success in the cross-border area of Greece (Thessaloniki, Kavala, Serres and Xanthi) and Bulgaria (Blagoevgrad, Smolyan, Haskovo and Kardjali).

Trainings under WP 5 of project "Entrepreneurship innovation encouragement"

During the period March – May 2023 the two project partners - CENTER FOR PROMOTING ENTREPRENEURSHIP ASSOCIATION and INTERNATIONAL HELLENIC UNIVERSITY conducted 8 Trainings in the project`s target cross-border regions. The events consisted of two parts and were attended by the envisaged number of 20 participants. The theoretical part involved presentation of key business leadership skills and of what a Business Model Canvas is and how is it used. The practical part consisted of a Business game - building a business model using the Business Model Canvas tool.

Online contest for the best applicable innovative idea

Research and Innovation and Development Consortium in partnership with Center for Promoting Entrepreneurship Association and International Hellenic University, Special Account For Research Funds organizes an online contest for the best applicable innovative idea under the project "Inno Wave", funded by the Cooperation Programme INTERREG V-A Greece-Bulgaria 2014-2020.
